The Utti Jaeger Regiment will participate in the special operations forces exercise Trojan Footprint 2022 held on 2 – 13 May 2022. The total strength of the training audience detachment will be circa 20 personnel.
Trojan Footprint is a special operations forces exercise drill organised annually by the US Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR).
The Utti Jaeger Regiment troops will participate in the training event organised in Lithuania. The multinational training exercise will develop the Finnish SOF capability and interoperability while cooperating with international partners.
The exercise is part of the Finnish Defence Forces training and exercise activities for 2022.
