The FISE command post exercise, being led by the Kainuu Brigade, will take place on 3–7 September in Kajaani.
Participating in the exercise are staff from the Kainuu Brigade, the Jaeger Brigade and the Swedish Armed Forces.
The aim of the exercise is to practice planning military operations and leadership as well as cooperation between staff.
Around 120 people will participate in the exercise.
The exercise is part of the Finnish Army’s international exercise plan and the bilateral cooperation between Finland and Sweden (FISE).
